The meeting was held in the conference room of the Reliance Firemen’s Club in Philipsburg PA.

The major goal of this meeting was to review the first draft of a new set of by-laws that were drawn up by our treasurer, Jason Terosky.
Jason wrote:
“In order to file for 501c status, we need to better establish our procedures which entail formalized by-laws. I’d like to do the process in steps to ensure that the members are in agreement, since they will be affected. I’m asking for the current officers to review, then we can present to the general members at the January meeting for their review. I used by-laws from Bedford Radio Association, Nittany Radio Association, and Juniata Softball parents (got these from an accountant) as examples.”
The proposed by-laws were read aloud at the January meeting. The feedback of the members in attendance can be reviewed in the audio clips below. Jason would welcome and appreciate additional feedback. Please send your suggestions and concerns to jterosky@hotmail.com.
