On Thursday, February 9, 2023, John Szwarc of the Clearfield County Amateur Radio Club (CCARC) and PARA members Bob Snyder, Johna McCormick, and Ryan Williams participated in a simulated emergency test that was conducted at the Clearfield County 911 Center. Also participating were the Clearfield County commissioners and representatives of numerous agencies including PennDOT, DCNR, Forestry, and the Red Cross.
