Duties
- Build and lead the PARA EmComm team.
- Develop emergency operating procedures in conjunction with served agencies.
- Plan and conduct simulated emergency tests and other training events.
- Oversee construction and operation of PARA EmComm station (e.g. equipment, policies, procedures, training).
- Provide training to EmComm station operators.
- Schedule people to run weekly VHF and GMRS nets.
- Provide an EmComm team report at each regular PARA meeting.
