The Moshannon Creek flows northward through the Moshannon Valley, Philipsburg-Osceola, and West Branch school districts and empties into the West Branch of the Susquehanna River at Miller’s Landing, about 3.5 miles upstream from Karthaus.
The main channel of the creek constitutes the boundary between Clearfield and Centre counties.
